Monthly Plans:

  1. The cost of the lesson is deducted automatically from your credit card every month. Each month consists of 30 days from the date of enrollment. Your monthly payment will occur 30 days from the last payment. Plans cannot be changed while enrolled.

 

3-Month, 6-Month, and 1-Year Plans:

  1. The full amount will be charged at the time of purchase. You will automatically receive a specific number of lessons each month according to the plan you choose. These are set-term plans and do not automatically recur. Plans cannot be changed while enrolled.

 

Lesson Policy:

  1. Ensure that the number of lessons provided in your plan is completed within the given period. If your plan ends and you have not completed all lessons due to your own scheduling, the remaining lessons will not be refunded or carried over to the next plan. However, if the school is at fault for any uncompleted lessons, we will provide a coupon to extend the plan or cover the remaining lessons.

 

Booking Rules:

  1. Lesson bookings are limited to one active booking at a time. You will be able to book your next lesson once your existing lesson has started. (Exception: the two lessons per day plan can book two lessons at a time and have two lessons per day.)

  2. If you are enrolled in a monthly plan and decide that you do not want to continue with the service, please make sure to cancel your enrollment by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button in your Account Profile settings. If you unsubscribe before your next payment, you will not be charged automatically.

1. Payments can be made using Visa or MasterCard. Please note that while we do not charge additional fees, your credit card provider may apply an international transaction fee, depending on their policies.

2. Lessons are booked upon registration, allowing students to schedule their classes by selecting preferred days and times with an available teacher.

3. Cancellations are allowed up to the start time of the lesson; however, only cancellations made at least 30 minutes before the lesson will be eligible for a make-up class. The student will then be allowed to reschedule the lesson with the same or a different tutor.

3. In the event that a tutor is unable to conduct a scheduled lesson, our staff will arrange a make-up class at a time convenient for the student, excluding weekends.

  1. Monthly subscriptions within 7 days from the first payment date: 100% refund if the student has not taken any lessons.
  2. After 7 days from the first payment or any subsequent payments: it is non-refundable unless there was a technical issue on Skillvoyager.
  3. The refund policy is only valid for the first month of the monthly subscriptions. Refunds are not given from the second payment onwards. You will be automatically charged for the subscription every month until you cancel, whether you have taken the corresponding lessons or not. You must cancel your subscription before the plan renews for the month (see your account page for more information). Refunds must be requested to Customer Support.
  4. 3 month, 6-month and 1-year plans are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue on Skillvoyager that prevents using the system for the duration of the plan.
